Community Involvement

In addition to its corporate contributions, RRMac is proud to firmly support each of its employees in their individual volunteer efforts.

• Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA)
  Employees participate in their largest nationwide fundraising walk, “Take Steps, Be Heard for Crohn's & Colitis.”  This fundraising event helps support patient programs, enhances education efforts, raises awareness and helps fund critical research for finding cures for the more than 1.4 million American adults and children affected by digestive diseases like Crohn's and ulcerative colitis.
• The Facial Pain Research Foundation
  This is a cause that is near and dear to our hearts, as one of our own suffers from Trigeminal Neuralgia. RRMac Associates is a financial supporter of this organization, which is committed to finding a cure for excruciating facial pains linked to nerve injury. Through personal interactions, employees try to educate the larger community about trigeminal neuralgia and similar nerve-related facial pain disorders, and how they can help.
• Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks
  Employees work within their local Elks Lodges to support programs that help children grow up healthy and drug-free, meet the needs of today's veterans, and improve the quality of life of everyone in their communities.
• Engineers Without Borders
  Employees are members of Engineers Without Borders USA; an organization dedicated to building a better world by working with local communities to complete engineering projects that provide solutions for their infrastructure needs.
• Guide Dog Foundation for The Blind
  Employees support this group by helping raise future service dogs. Established in 1946, The Guide Dog Foundation works to help people with disabilities maintain their mobility and independence. In 2003 they helped establish America's Vet Dogs, which pairs assistance dogs with veterans and active servicemembers. Both services are offered free of charge.
• Moose International
  Many employees work within their local Moose Lodges and Moose Rider Clubs to support their local communities through participation in various charitable endeavors. They exemplify and live the the motto all Lodges operate under: “A burden heavy to one is borne lightly by many.”
• St. Baldrick’s Childhood Cancer Research Foundation
  Employees participate in various yearly events that raise funds, awareness, and provide support for infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting cancer. These events help fund the research that leads to better treatments, more breakthroughs, and more cures for kids with cancer.
• Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation
  Many of RRMac's employees are extremely active in various local animal rescue organizations, in addition to being dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of both domesticated and wild animals on their own.

  RRMac Associates is proud to award both Need and Merit Based Scholarships to local students. These scholarships are based on the financial needs, academic achievements, leadership skills, and/or community service demonstrated by the student. It is our hope that these scholarships reduce student debt, improve academic performance by easing financial stress, and provide career networking and mentorship opportunities that support long-term professional growth. RRMac Associates scholarships not only provide financial support but also demonstrate our company's commitment to fostering education and community development.

  RRMac is a yearly sponsor of educational programs at the East Stroudsburg Area High School, providing students opportunities to learn about current events, cultivate global awareness, and encourage the development of educated citizens.
